PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In BFEW, the function of Project Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring is an integral part of the Construction Management System.

These functions are fully computerized based on webbase Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed & developed by Win-Win Infosys Ltd, the Information Technology wing of BFEW Ltd that enhance internal efficiency of Business Process by eliminating redundant process nodes, optimizing productivity and reducing business costs. Latest Project Monitoring software package like Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project are also being used for regular monitoring of the projects.

MATERIALS AND SUBCONTRACTORS MANAGEMENT
BFEW's Planning & Control Division is manned by highly qualified and experienced Managers and Engineers and maintains vast Data Bank of commercial information related to Bangladeshi and International suppliers/contractors, taxation, shipping etc.

CONSTRUCTION METHODS PLANNING CELL
At BFEW, we staunchly believe in using the best technology for every project. We liberally invest our minds and money in construction technology. This Cell under Planning & Control Division experiments and evaluates new construction equipments, materials and methods, analyses their practicality and suitability for effective and economical use in the construction process.

FINANCE DIVISION
BFEW's Finance Division plays the most crucial role in project implementation by ensuring smooth fund flow as per fund projections and keeping tough budgetary controls. Fully computerized operations provide vital inputs to the progress of work.
